I know one of there worker has my book I made a lost and found report and the manager say they looked and they cant find it I know they found it cause it was up under the diver seat. They got my book and I want it back.

Rented a vehicle through Holiday Rental, $279.00, that should have been the entire rental bill, no they charged me a full tank of gas $44.00 even though they told me if I drive under 75 miles no charge. Then other fees totaling $172.14, and didn't even give me a bill so I could look at it, said they would email it, didn't see it till I got my credit card statement. Look out for these ripoff artist.

Dollar rental car

I had a reservation thru Southwest Airlines 8/2/19 I proceeded to counter and the woman @ desk scanned my license thru and said they were no good and refuse to rent a car to me had shuttle take me to thrifty car rental she called her family working at that site and they refuse to rent to me too. What I don’t understand when I went to another rental car place there was nothing wrong with my license the woman @ dollar was not very professional I will never rent a car from dollar or thrifty ever again the have very dumb people working your employees were very rude she try calling a manager @ 7:00 pm and she didn’t even call back I can see why there wasn’t even anybody inside they were the smart people they probably already been screwed around hope you go out business soon I hate to see people screwed around

Horrible Customer Service- SCAM

Hands down the WORST rental experience of my life. This place is horrible. The area where you pick up your car is very dark so its easy to miss any problems you might see. The desk people are never outside to help you in the evenings. When I returned my rental, they tried to pin damage on me that was preexisting. I had circled it on my paper but didnt get their sign off (as no one was there- I waited 30 minutes). They then told me they would consider not charging me and would call me back only for it to end up in collections! I used to rent from them all the time for work but that will NEVER happen again. I have also advised my colleagues to stay away. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No decency at all. Avoid. Enterprise is much much better.

Waited an hour and 15 minutes. If u are a women alone and have not rented a car they will tack on expenses even when u say u do not want it. Pay the extra and go budget or avis. Customer service is of no customer service. Horrible! !

Outrageous Deposit

I.rented a vehicle from via priceline. Went to.pick.it up and was informed there would be a $400 deposit. Only half of which would. Be refunded upon rerurn of vehicle. Needless to.say.they.walked out and went elsewhere. This is *** as i.called an agent.and she informed me the deposit was only $200.

Very disapointed

We have use your service in the past and never had a problem. We had rented a car on February 3rd. for 6 days. Picking it up on March 14th and dropping it off on the 19th. On a small error on my part, we were flying from Phila to San Juan at night. we would not reach San Juan until after midnight making it , the 15th. The originally cost was $149.35. The man at the counter stated that our contact had been cancelled...(without any notice or email to us) and we would have to redo another contract .He stated he would do his best NOT to leave us without a vehicle ,The cost went up to $371.86. and we had 4 different kinds of vehicles to choose from. Why didn't we get the same deal. Our minor mistake of just hours would cost us $222.51 more???? We were stuck because it was 3 am in the morning and he knew it. We are not happy with our treatment. I feel we were taken advantage of. I can understand a small increase for our mistake, but over $200 dollars is excessive .! If that weren't enough, when returning the vehicle, another couple ( Mr and Mrs Ressy) were having the same problem because of the plane had a 2 hour delay. We feel this is Not the way to retain clients and retain a good reputation. We expect a prompt response to this matter, your truly. Michael J. Tous : : Sad

Ripped off on Tolls

when picking up car, was told to let them know if I drove on any toll roads. I drove on one, camera controlled, and the charge was like $4.00. when I returned the vehicle, no one was there to discuss, and then I get a bill for like $40 in admin fees! Yet, $4 plu 40 admin fees. This is a scam, and you can't pay a toll on camera roads. Unbeleivable, and I will not be using Dollar ever again. As well, I'll contest this charge, and get an attorney if needed, no matte what it costs me.....a scam for sure.

Texas Toll Outragous charges offered by Dollar agent

When completing transaction for my Dollar Rental car at the DFW Car Rental Center, the Dollar agent asked if I needed a toll pass at $60.00 for one week of car usage. I know that Texas toll roads are unmanned and charges are by the license plates pictures. I chose to pay the charge. After talking with Texas friends and relatives I was assured the charge was OUTRAGOUS. If I had driven on every toll road in and around Dallas for a week I would NOT have racked up $60.00 in toll road charges. Next time Sad in Texas with rental car I will buy a toll pass for $40,00 and create an account with adding the rental car license plate. Texas will refund any funds on the Toll pass account when it is closed.

They charge you more because they end up doing the work of getting the bills and paying them. They don't know how much it would be and neither does your friend actually.

You can definitely do it your way but you chose to pay.

Just take a moment to consider you could end up paying someone else's bill if they rent the car out again before you close the account. That might be fun right?

Got took by this company in Kauai.

Rented a car and Airline ticked 8 months before my trip, picked up the car and drove to my resort, the next day went shopping could not get back into the car, key's battery was out also only had a quarter tank of gas at pick up, got the car going to exchange it the only car I could get was to pay another $280.00 Dollars, turn in the guy did not even look at the car and wrote scratches on all sides of the car. Never again.

I rented a Dollar car from Logan Airport through Expedia, paying $544 for the week. Then I got an additional charge from Dollar for $99+ for some fees. I've rented in Logan lots of times (not with Dollar) and never had that done to me. I wish I had read the reviews about them before I reserved the car. I've rented from Hertz and Avis and others and never been treated like this. How do they stay in business with so many one star reviews? I was supposed to have read the fine print more carefully, but I had never had to before. I wonder, does Dollar do anything to try to make things right with people?

Substandard cars

Be very careful what you are being offered. They claim that Kia Soul is the same standard as Hyundai Elantra, Chevy Cruse or Toyota Corolla. Kia Soul is not even listed on their website as available...if they don't have promised car available they will offer upgrade at an additional charge. Call customer service for the refund. Very shady policy. They know that while you are tired and with the whole family waiting you will pay more just to be done and they are taking advantage. After calling customer service I finally got my refund but I was not happy with the way they treat you.
