I was screwed at Tampa, but I signed the bill, my bad. I'm going back to Hertz, they're trustworthy, clear and upfront (no sneaky invoices).

I had made a rental agreement online and assumed that was what I would sign for at the airport.

Evidently the counter person added some options which I didn't need but was unaware what was going on.

He didn't review the bill with me and I wasn't aware it jumped $400., but I did sign it. I will never use Dollar again and talk them down to my business contacts and friends.
