I rented a car for 5 days for 150.00. My trip was extended 5 days due to hurricaine Irma.

Dollar wanted an additional 422.00 for 5 more days (compact car). When i explained the situation i was told that was the best they could do. Thrn thr agent hung up on me when i told him he wasnt being very helpful during a natiral disaster. When i called back i was told the samething.

I asked if the car could be dropped off closer to where i was staying since someone was going to have to take 3 to 4 hours out of there day to go to airport , pick me up take me to where i was staying and take me back to thr airport for my flight.

I was told that I could but it would be 800.00. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
