I rented a Dollar car from Logan Airport through Expedia, paying $544 for the week. Then I got an additional charge from Dollar for $99+ for some fees.
I've rented in Logan lots of times (not with Dollar) and never had that done to me. I wish I had read the reviews about them before I reserved the car. I've rented from Hertz and Avis and others and never been treated like this. How do they stay in business with so many one star reviews?
I was supposed to have read the fine print more carefully, but I had never had to before. I wonder, does Dollar do anything to try to make things right with people?
