LAX rental through Auto Europe

it says plainly in the contract that you will be charged 10$ for customer FAC upon arrival.

they charged me 37.50, and when I noticed this once I got home and called the 1866 number, Kathy at Dollar told me (very rudely, I might add) that I had to call LAX location myself. that they are an international company and the locations can charge whatever they each want. she could not help me at all. I am calling long distance from Canada so this is very inconvenient. I call over and over to the number she gave me and it is just an answering machine. there is no way to get a person to ask about this.

Kathy also told me that since I signed at the location, I agreed to pay that much so there was nothing they could do. very unimpressed.

wont be renting from them again.

I didn't like: Unexpected charges, No explanation to charges, Cant file a complaint because im in canada, Customer service would not help me, Kathy at customer service was rude.
